Feedback collected during this session will help guide future outreach efforts\, program development\, and service improvements. \nThe session will be a small\, facilitated group discussion held in a welcoming and respectful environment. Participation is entirely voluntary. SUMMARY:2026 Believe Survivors Artist Showcase
DESCRIPTION:Join Our Voice on Tuesday February 24 2026 at the Tina McGuire Theater at the Wortham Center for the Performing Arts for an evening that centers survivor resilience through creative expression.\n\nThe evening begins with a welcome reception from 5:30 to 6:00 pm featuring a visual art raffle showcasing work donated by local artists. At 6:00 pm the performance program begins with spoken word dramatic performance and live jazz music woven together by a master of ceremonies.\n\nThis community gathering raises vital support for Our Voice’s free trauma informed counseling advocacy and prevention services for survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking. Together we come to listen reflect and affirm a culture that believes survivors and fosters belonging.\n\nAs part of Believe Survivors we are excited to host a special art raffle featuring original works generously donated by local and regional artists. Pieces range from photography pottery printmaking and mixed media to large scale painting and sculptural work.
