Crisis Line Volunteer
Crisis Line volunteers take on an advocacy role working on Our Voice’s crisis line in office and afterhours, as well as accompanying survivors to the hospital for medical forensic exams. This volunteer role would be a good fit for anyone who is passionate about working directly with survivors and has the capacity to manage stressful situations.
Outreach Volunteer
Outreach volunteers help support with Our Voice’s presence in the community through supporting at tabling events, Our Voice hosted events, and distributing fliers along assigned routes. This volunteer role would be a good fit for someone passionate about sharing more information about Our Voice’s services in the community!

Volunteer Advocate Training
All volunteers must complete our Volunteer Advocate Training. Training is a minimum of 20 hours for all volunteers.
Please check back here for upcoming dates for our next training series. Trainings are conducted a few times each year.
Internship Opportunities
Our Prevention Education Internship, Marketing & Communications Internship, and Direct Services Internship are open to both undergraduate and graduate applicants. We review applications and interview for internships in October/November for spring semester, March/April for summer semester, and June/July for fall semester.
Direct Service Internship applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of two semesters.
Graduate Internship Opportunities
Applicants for the Counseling Internship must currently be enrolled in a graduate program and be willing to commit a minimum of two semesters. Counseling internship applications will be reviewed each spring for the following fall.
