Beta Lambda Zeta SAAM Donation Drive

In observance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), the Ladies of the Beta Lambda Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. are hosting a community Donation Drive to support local organizations serving survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Sexual violence impacts hundreds of thousands of people in the United States each year. Community support plays an important role in ensuring survivors have access to the resources and care they need. This donation drive will help provide essential items to organizations that directly assist survivors in our community.

Donations collected will benefit Helpmate and Our Voice, two Asheville-based organizations that provide crisis support, advocacy, and services for individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence.

Immediate Needs

Community members are encouraged to donate clothing items in any size, including:

• Sweatpants
• Sweatshirts
• Shorts

Hanes brand is preferred.

This event offers an opportunity for community members to come together during Sexual Assault Awareness Month to support survivors and strengthen the network of care in Western North Carolina.
