Let’s Talk About Consent! (Workshop for Adults)

Teaching consent can be challenging and awkward. Talking about consent violations and how to avoid them can be stressful and triggering. We make it easier! – Creating a Culture of Consent
Join us at AmeriHealth Caritas Wellness & Opportunity Center as Our VOICE educators, Becca (she/her) and Mercy (she/her), facilitate exercises on consent from Creating Consent Culture, a book by Marcia Baczynski and Erica Scott. These activities will teach the basics of consent and provide practical tools to model consent in an age-appropriate way for the youth you live and work with!
Please note: this workshop is intended for folks 18+ years who work or live with youth.
Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
