• SAAM Webinar: Supporting Survivors of Sexual Violence

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), and we invite you to join us for a free, informative webinar hosted by Our VOICE. This important session will take place on April 28th from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM. We will dive deep into essential tools and strategies for supporting survivors of sexual violence, covering:

    - An overview of sexual violence and the root causes behind it.
    - Myths vs. Facts about survivors to challenge common misconceptions.
    - Best practices for supporting survivors and building a safe, compassionate community.

Sexual assault is a difficult and often uncomfortable topic but facing it with empathy and understanding is crucial. By attending, you'll gain valuable insights and resources to be a strong, supportive ally for survivors in your community. This session is open to all, and we strongly encourage registration in advance to ensure you receive the Zoom link.
